Sheryl Underwood, a American comedian and television host best known as the host on The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and was raised in Little Rock, Atwater, and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a troubled family. She spent most part of her life caring for Frankie. Frankie suffered from the disease polio. When she was a kid, her relationship with mother was rocky. Sheryl stated she was once told that her mother had stabbed one of the parents to her son because she was too closer to her. Sheryl was a soldier right after her graduation from her college. Her interest was in comedy. She was the first female winner of the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. In 1992, she made her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of The show Oh Drama! In the past, she has been host of The Talk since 2011. Also, she's appeared in fictitious programs like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
