Anne Marie Cancelmi (born July 31 1975) popularly referred to as Annie Parisse is an American TV actress and actor known for playing Alexandra Borgia on the television drama Law & Order a role that she performed from 2005 to 2005 in 33 seasons. Parisse is also known for her role as Julia Lindsey Snyder, a daily soap opera character on the show As the World turns. The stage name she chose came from her great-grandmother. Her name is Anna Maria Parisse. Annie Parisse first met Paul Sparks in 2005. They were friends briefly in 2005, and were married in October of 2009. Alongside their son Emmett Sparks, the couple has also an daughter. Annie Parisse, born 31st of July 1975 was brought up at Mercer Island Washington by her father and mother Annette Cancelmi (Mother), she is a Pennsylvania schoolteacher. Her two brothers are Louis Cancelmi, an actor (married to Elisabeth Waterston), and Michael Cancelmi, a teacher of Italian. Annie was first introduced to acting during the college years, taking part in plays and college dramas. Her big screen debut was on the screen in On the Q.T. (1999) in which she played the part as Wendy. She had her television debut with the"The World is Turning" television series (1999-2001).
